Jesus said, “Blessed are the peacemakers” (Matthew 5:9). When Saul became a follower of Jesus, many were scared of him. But Barnabas helped bring peace by standing up for Saul and helping others trust him (Acts 9). Romans 12:18 reminds us to live in peace with everyone when we can. Barnabas shows us how to be a peacemaker by helping people get along.
