Connection Coordinator

The Connection Coordinator is a full-time role that supports Northpoint’s Small Groups and Guest Services ministries through strong administration and coordination. This person helps people take their next step by managing systems, scheduling, and communication. They prepare and equip volunteers to thrive on Sundays, support group leaders and coaches with resources, and help coordinate events like Group Nites and Discover Northpoint. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relational, and energized by details, thriving in a role that keeps teams running smoothly while making people feel welcomed, equipped, and cared for as we live out Northpoint’s desire to be For Austin.

Exchange ATX Event Host

Event Hosts are the face of Exchange ATX; caring for clients, vendors, and guests during each event. During a shift, an Event Host will greet all who enter the venue and ensure guests are informed of the space and location of the event. Through the duration of the event, the Event Host is onsite to answer any questions or assist in needs that are brought to their attention. This is not a planner position, and the Event Host does not facilitate events as a coordinator would.

This part time, contracted position requires you to be knowledgeable about events and guest services. Exchange ATX’s Event Hosts attend to booked events by welcoming clients, vendors, and guests to our venue. Event Hosts must be knowledgeable of event operations and our venue to provide the highest level of customer service. Events worked will include, but are not limited to: receptions and celebrations, business meetings and seminars, social gatherings, trade shows, etc. The position requires working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Shifts are picked up by the Event Hosts via the Sling app and typically are not assigned.

Setup/Reset Coordinator Exchange ATX

The Setup/Reset Coordinator is critical to the successful execution of all events hosted by Exchange ATX. This role is responsible for ensuring the facility is precisely configured according to event floor plans and meticulously reset afterward. The Coordinator must be highly reliable and responsive, recognizing that the quality of the setup directly impacts the client experience and the professionalism of the venue.
