Trauma Support

Trauma is often complex and layered. It's difficult to sort it out and heal on your own. We want to support you as you move toward healing.

What is a Trauma Support Group?

Trauma is a set of circumstances that’s experienced as physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually harmful with lasting adverse effects. This group is a gathering of women who are ready to process and move towards healing from trauma. This group will meet online during the fall semester and will go through a curriculum designed to help people process and heal from trauma, while also growing in their relationship with God.

Who is this group for?

Women who have experienced trauma in any form.
